Our Terms:
We do not allow any sites that are adult in nature (porn, etc.), racial, discriminate, scam sites, Spamming, illegal content, illegal scripts, illegal license or anything similar to those mentioned. Those that violate any of the above, their account will be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
As with any host provider, it is the clients responsibility to do their own backups. We do not have the space required on our pc to keep backups of all our clients and we have no idea when a client does changes to their sites or gains new members, etc., to warrent another backup.
NOTE: We recommend for the security and protection of a clients site, it's members, etc., that you do a COMPLETE backup once a month and especially after any major changes (such as addition of files/folders, editing of files, site design updates, etc.). We also recommend that a database backup is done on a daily basis, especially if your site is very active. ALL backups should be downloaded to YOUR pc for safe keeping.
Any site that puts too much of a load on our servers, we will notify said client / reseller and if the drag on the server is not rectified within 24 hours of notice, said account will be suspended.
If a client or resellers hosting payment bounces or is Declined, we now charge a $15 reinstatement fee. This fee is in Addition to your hosting fee. If a client or resellers hosting payment bounces or is declined a Second time, said client / reseller will be required to pay their account 6 months in advance plus the reinstatement fee mentioned above before account will be reinstated.
Monthly billing will no longer be accepted.
In the event that a client / reseller fails to pay their hosting fee or their payment bounces or is declined, the account will be immediately suspended until all incured fees are paid.
NOTE: Under extenuating circumstances, we can waive the reinstatement fee if you notify us ahead of time BEFORE payment is denied or bounces.
We reserve the right to edit or add to these terms at any time without prior notice.
**When becomming our hosting or reseller customer, you agree to these terms and are bound by them.**
